About me

I’m a Senior Product Designer with over 9 years of experience in the design field, including 6 years specializing in UX/UI and Product Design. I’ve worked across a wide range of business domains such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, booking systems, and other enterprise platforms.

My experience spans across product companies, outsourcing firms, and startups, allowing me to adapt to different team structures and product development models. I have designed end-to-end solutions for websites, mobile applications, and web portals, covering user research, problem definition, wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and usability testing.

I take full ownership of the design process and work closely with key stakeholders including CTOs, PMs, BAs, and developers to ensure each product aligns with both business goals and user needs. My strength lies in systems thinking, self-direction, and a commitment to continuous improvement — helping me deliver meaningful, scalable, and user-centered solutions in every project.

I apply a product design process divided into three main phases: Discovery & Define, Design, and Handoff.

Each step is aimed at creating a product that meets real user needs, is technically feasible, and delivers a great user experience.

Clarify the project's objectives from both the client and stakeholder perspectives to ensure the right direction from the start.

Analyze user behavior and pinpoint pain points to ensure the design solution addresses the core issues.

Build the user journey, personas, and user flows to shape the initial design strategy.

🔹 Confirm the Direction

Align with the team and client on goals, scope, and design roadmap before moving into the execution phase.

Create wireframes from low-fidelity to high-fidelity, combined with prototypes to test usability and optimize the user experience.

Case Study - PW System

The Objective

Parkway Dental is accelerating its digital transformation across Vietnam, aiming to modernize clinic operations and improve the overall patient journey.

The Parkway team is focused on digitizing patient records and optimizing treatment workflows, with future phases centered on automating internal operations and implementing CRM/ERP systems for smarter, connected management.

Many clinics continue to rely on manual paperwork and disconnected tools, leading to delays in treatment, inefficient resource allocation, and inconsistent patient communication.

Our objective is to unify these processes by integrating medical record management, appointment scheduling, and treatment tracking into a single system. This also includes automated HR processes such as shift scheduling, payroll, and leave management, along with tools to launch and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

Additionally, Parkway aims to provide real-time dashboards and integrated CRM functionalities, empowering clinic staff to deliver personalized care, while managers maintain operational control and financial oversight. Ultimately, the goal is to enhance patient satisfaction and streamline every touchpoint — from first contact to post-treatment follow-up.

A comprehensive web/app system was developed to manage dental clinic operations, including patient care, inventory, staff, and medical personnel. The goal was to streamline business processes and optimize the treatment workflow. Understanding the urgent need to support advertising campaign management for all subsidiaries (Vietjet, HDBank, etc.) within the Sovico Group—without relying on third-party software—OneTarget was developed and built to fully meet the demands of the group’s companies.
